1.Saying "Yes" to new experiments/learning.[this is the main big thing to me- i joined as a fresher, i have learnt a lot from the design team plus they gave me space to learn and experiment something on my own.Joined as - Graduate architect in 2018. while i am leaving in 2021 - learnt coding,experimented in computational / interactive design and lot more...] 2.Flexible timings.[I I usually start my day @ 10 to 11 in the morning(mostly 11 :P)] 3.Decent salary package when compared to market. 4.Office parties :P 5.Prepaid office cab facilities for site / official meetings 6.Always experimenting new architecture software's[Having good base in revit] 7.No pay-cuts for leave 8.Great Work-Life Balance
Cons
1.Hike cycle is disturbed due to covid [still cant blame-will get proper compensation(at least i got paid without any pay cut during the entire lockdown)] 2.There are lot of flexibility and opportunity. if you want to grow you can use it at fullest. Dont waste your's and their time by misusing.
