Pros

Good location in Angoulême Young an dynamic team No overtime allowed ( therefore no extra money)

Cons

They'll always offer low salary telling you it's depending on an existing convention document they cooked up arguing it's a new update not publicly available yet. Women get paid less than men ( worst is when you're a couple working there and you know it, then ask for a raise and they tell you that you don't deserve/need it or as you're a couple you get the money anyway through your partner !!! ) If you're coming form an other country where there's not much work they'll say no to a raise arguing you should be happy to get paid in this country and you won't get better opportunity where you come from, so that's it or you're free to go back home !!!

Pros

They like working with interns that are generalists. If you are a more experienced person, just see their work as a job to pay your bills.

Cons

If you already have experience, you need to really push for a fair pay rate. If you are an intern, they might fire you right after the end of your contract. Always delayed productions. Low budget. Tight schedule.
