For example,Will write you up for every single thing until you lose it and want to quit. And HR will not help you at all

The workplace is super welcoming and challenging, as an intern I was provided with lots of guidance. Additionally, since the development is small I got the chance to work on a project for the management team. They were understanding of my limitations and assigned requirements and deadlines accordingly. They have monthly lunch and learns about interesting subjects and lunch is also provided. They have a pool table and ping pong table and tons of people to play with.

Sometimes the communication between departments is a bit weak, but nothing too serious.
