If bullying is reported, all levels of management and HR turn a blind eye and seek to bully the victim out rather than address the problem even if they go above and beyond with their commitment to getting the tasks done and give 110%; they are not interested in the wellbeing of victims of bullying who are made to feel isolated and worthless.
