- Company has offices in HCM and Da Nang (DaNang office is at city center while HCM office is quite far from center. However there are more departments/teams in HCM for now, in Danang only web development) - Young, autonomy culture where software engineers play biggest role in project (from scratching to final decision making). There are in-house product development to learn/execute from a-z - Work 7.5 hour a day with flexi entry hour, you can go to work at 10AM. 2 days work from home a month - Rarely or almost no overtime - you are respected no matter if you are an intern or experienced SE

- some process and policy are not clear or under development - need more challenging projects

- Friendly and close-knit atmosphere. - You get almost full responsibility in the projects even though they are outsourcing projects.

- Don't really have a clear path. - Management is weak currently. - You will have few love-to-hate bondings with few technologies used during the works here. - The company is a bit far from the center of the city (but I guess it's not too bad.)
