      - good salary, flexible working hours, 4 days per month work from home

      Cons

      -people are overloaded with work in general in all departaments -most of the calls and meeting are scheduled in the second part of the day, after 5-6 pm, so you cannot leave early from work most of the days - not the right employer if you're searching to have real work-life-balance
