When you begin working here, you start to realize how dedicated everyone is to each client. Each employee really goes out of his or her way to get things done efficiently and effectively. There is a lot of team work involved, but there is always one person with an answer for you if you ever had a question. You work with the CEO, which one would assume creates pressure, but he's actually very helpful and open-minded. He knows a lot about the business and makes it obvious that he really cares about each person he works with.
