Career growth is nearly nonexistent. Hiring and promotions often seem to be based on internal connections rather than technical expertise, which has led to noticeable gaps in competency across teams. As a result, technical progress is slow, and avoidable mistakes are common. Leadership and engineering team is a major weakness. Most managers are first-time leaders with no formal training, making decision-making inconsistent. Employees who raise legitimate concerns about product quality or technical issues are dismissed and pushed out, creating a frustrating work environment where problems persist rather than improve. The workplace culture leans toward favoritism rather than merit, making it difficult for those who want to contribute meaningfully to succeed.
