      Highest turn over of any job ive ever had, always a revolving work crew, no job security, very strict when it comes to standards, no stability company is basically a way for BMW to get around unionized labor of the auto industry. Average pay and benifits for warehouse work

      Pros

      2AM supplies all the tools you need to succeed and sets you up for success. They screen each employee to assure the customer has the very best motivated employees to meet any need they might have.

      Cons

      They are a customer driven company, which is great but has its obvious downside of possibly long hours and 24/7 support to assure needs are met.
