Pros

You can pick up shifts or swap them. Some coworkers are cool. Working with autistic individuals is rewarding. Close commute to where I stayed. Overnight shift is overall chill 7/10

Cons

Management are tesla owners who don't really care about how hard the job really is - except for literally one lady. The overnight shift support is null ?? You'll be blamed for not getting help fast enough. They don't clean properly (no wonder people get sick). They will fail to properly acknowledge the amount of erect penises you will see aimed at you (yes sexually). I am not joking or bitter. Just something I wish I knew. This is a $20/hr+ job. Do not take anything less. The house you work in will determine your burnout rate.

Pros

The clients. Building rapport and genuine connections with your clients.

Cons

Management- Not one person in a leadership position supports the direct staff. Direct staff are constantly put in unsafe scenarios and forced to figure it out alone.
