Pros

Great environment to work, with opportunities working with large blue chip companies. Loads of benefits including health care and perkbox to name a few. The agency really values its staff and there are huge opportunities for progression.

Cons

Flexibility of working is limited, salaries seem to be based on what you can negotiate with no brackets or consistency. There are individuals in the business at a senior level causing a lot of upset and bullying of staff meaning certain teams have a very high turnover. Some of the teams seem to be a little boys club with the MD where anything goes including throwing their weight around.

Hi, this is Ryan (MD). Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re delighted that you found twentysix a place where you can experience great career progression and a great benefits package – incidentally we’ve just implemented flexi-time, which is something our employee steering group have pushed for and has had such a positive impact already. We promote dignity at work through our people initiatives and would never ever tolerate bullying. I personally feel very strongly about this and would urge you to get in touch with me if you have anything to report. We are always looking at ways to improve staff retention in the highly competitive Leeds digital market and we will continue to work with our employee groups to make working at twentysix the best it can possibly be.

Pros

Some nice people work here.

Cons

The company’s redundancy processes are unfair and poorly handled, creating significant uncertainty and mistrust among staff. Management behaviour is often unprofessional, with inconsistent communication, lack of accountability. Employees are overworked due to understaffing and unrealistic expectations, with little recognition or support. Zero opportunity for progression or pay rises. Overall, 26 is a terrible agency to work for.
