Pros

* It's fun to be part of a high growth company such as 24sessions. * Great company culture, everyone truly cares about each other and is proud of what we are achieving * Learning a lot of new skills on the job * Great technology that truly solves a pain for our customers

Cons

* Not a real downside for me but this is not an organization where you can 'ride the wave'. You have to make things happen yourself.

Pros

Work/life balance here is very good. As long as you do your job right, you can decide when and on what you work on .. no 9-5 mindset Every team member has a coach and regular coaching sessions to ensure steady personal development. The team has a very diverse set of skills (former employees of large consulting agencies, Google, MediaMonks, advisers, or e-commerce entrepreneurs). This combination brings a lot of strength and flexibility. After a successful campaign everyone in the team got extra 3 days off on top of regular holidays! Meetings are only held in English and anytime a non-Dutch speaker is around they automatically switch to English .. I feel very welcome as a foreigner here

Cons

The office is a bit small ... but it's because of a large ping pong table in the middle that's taking up the space
