This company knows how to handle their employee like giving some token for those who work hard and succeed well, offering incentives, including cash, trips, benefits, pay increases, stock to achievers.

It's a difficult place to work in that it is a very demanding high-pressure environment.

Direct and transparent communication is encouraged, as is dissent. Pay is good. There are opportunities to advance, learn, and grow.

Constant re-orgs and too many leaders who are distant from the work create an unstable work environment, which can take a toll on morale.
