      Great Team, Great Culture and work life balance, Management has your back, co-workers are friendly and always willing to assist / share knowledge, opportunities for career development / advancement, no on-call rotation, good benefits, regularly scheduled reviews / raises, strong sense of community, decent benefits, 401K, no micro-management

      Cons

      workload varies from overwhelming to having trouble staying busy, can stay at one extreme or the other for extended periods, if you don't ask for direction or oversight you might not get it.

      Pros

      24HourTek is a small MSP that provides amazing service and has a great focus on employee satisfaction. Todd Moss is a passionate leader who wants to grow this business and has done a great job at getting a fantastic team together.

      Cons

      The company is still somewhat small, but Todd's vision is to grow this company and with patience this team will grow. I don't consider this a Con as much as something to be aware of.

      Pros

      - A truly team-oriented work culture that is extremely rare in the MSP space - Remote workforce (everyone gets the option to work from home) - Generous pay above market rate and quality of life offerings such as cell phone stipend. - Supportive management and executive team - Exposure to many different technologies and industries

      Cons

      I really can't think of any major cons. 24hourtek is a great place to work! I suppose the benefits could be better, but they are a small company. The provided benefits are not extraordinary, but are in line with what I've seen elsewhere.
