      Pros

      You get a lot of freedom to do what you want within the company. If you believe that the something you are working on will be beneficial to the company, even though its not part of your core job, they will let you ahead and do it.

      Cons

      Terrible office to work in - bad airconditioning - open office, but its not ideal. Probably one of the worst i've worked in.

      Pros

      The hybrid model was a huge advantage. They have very helpful and open engineers and encourage a culture of collaboration which was great as an inter because I got to learn from a lot of smart people.

      Cons

      The work I did was a bit limited, not a lot of variety. Once I got used to the work it felt a bit repetitive.

      There's a good sense of company culture and values.

      Cons

      Career growth (in terms of promotions) however recognition is given to hard work and successful projects.
