Pros
My favourite thing about working for the company is the people of whom I get to work with. Generally a happy atmosphere which helps the days run more smoothly. The executives recognise the hard work of their employees and reward us generously for it. Towards the end of long working months, meals are often provided for all staff over the course of several days, which is helpful for people who may have financial struggles.
Cons
There aren't many cons I can think of about the company. Selfishly I would like an early finish on a Friday, and communication between teams is something that could be improved on. Certain procedures that have been in place for years could be considered stale, and new methodologies for things would likely benefit the company.
