Pros

The people, on a personal level are very nice and it's good to work on and see work that is meaningful and for a good cause.

Cons

Despite what they claim, the working culture is very hierarchical and old fashioned, often praising those who work long hours, evenings and weekends. Partly, this is down to a general mismanagement and outdated processes which mean that time isn't managed properly. A lot of things are done manually, or recorded on word/excel rather than modern systems. It's very hard to get things done as there is a strong "this is how we've always done it" attitude. No progression, promotion or regular management in place to promote learning and growth.

Pros

23red has that lovely small agency family feel, but also being part of Capgemini, it also has a broader network which means the work is really varied and interesting. The agency mission is to change behaviour for the better which means working on challenging, purposeful briefs which make a real difference to people's lives

Cons

I don't think there are any cons - like any agency, it's busy at times but you can take TOIL (time off in lieu) if you end up working late or at the weekend.

Pros

- great people to work with, highly talented and feels like a big family - really interesting campaigns - opportunities to support on pitches and other ad-hoc projects - opportunities for learning and development

Cons

- can be high pressured and fast paced - but this is common across the advertising world - project budgets can be quite tight due to the nature of the work / clients, however really impactful work.
