Hey there! I'm so sorry to read this review and see that you didn't have a positive experience here! I'm really happy that you enjoyed our work environment, but I never like for anyone to part ways with any ill feelings. I really wish you would have come to chat with me about your compensation concerns! We do offer a base pay option, and it sounds like that might have made things better for you. It sounds like you've got some great ideas of how we can improve and I'd like to speak with you immediately while these ideas are still fresh in your mind.
