8yHi there,
I am disheartened to read your review. It's such a shame to hear that you weren't able to find anything positive about your experience with us.
Integrity is one of my core values and I do not take it lightly when someone accuses my company of being dishonest or deceitful.
You know that I take tremendous pride in my team and in what we do. You know that I’m passionate about providing opportunity to others and that I care deeply about running a solid company. It’s hard for me to understand why you posted these harsh words and serious accusations on such a public forum.
Unfortunately, it is clear that you came to some conclusions that are simply false.
I do not intend to be defensive, but since your post is visible to others, I feel that it is my duty as the CEO of this company to set the record straight.
#1 - I must first address the defamatory accusation that we are a "pyramid scheme". As you may know, a pyramid scheme is an illegal business practice in the United States; and I would like to make it 100% clear to anyone reading this that my company is not engaged in this illegal practice. My clients are Fortune 500 companies and high-profile corporations who would never tolerate representation by an illegally-run business.
#2 - You say that we ‘prey’ on recent graduates — but I say quite the opposite. In fact, I’m extremely proud to be one of the rarer firms that doesn’t require 3 to 5 years of experience for an entry level position. Moreover, I’m even prouder to offer the opportunity for a lucrative and rewarding career.
Here’s some food for thought. There are over 2 million people who graduate from college each year. Very few of them get management positions right out of school. These positions usually require a track record of success one’s field, which can take years to develop. This is why I think our management training program here is so effective. It is not only fully comprehensive but highly accelerated.
Few entry level positions offer daily one-on-one coaching, non-seniority based growth, tons of travel opportunities, and the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop into a role where they can oversee their own client and campaign. I have spent the last 14 years developing recent graduates into successful branch managers -- and I can assure you that the consensus of those individuals is not that they were ‘preyed’ upon.
I truly hate to leave things on bad terms with anyone that I’ve worked with and I hate having to write acerbic responses like this. I would, however, be extremely interested in hearing more from you about your thought process, so that I can use your feedback in a constructive manner. I'm always looking to improve and would love it if you could give me a call and flesh out your thought process. Ask for me - (248) 702-6750.
Best regards,
Ken/CEO
