Not a lot of educational opportunities for me as a junior editor

Lot of really talented lower-level people in every department. Genuine passion for great creative. Compensation is fairly high for industry

Horrible work life balance. Grossly mismanaged by people who got promoted for being good creatives but never learned a thing about managing. Leadership constantly trying to justify their presence by sending their teams down avenues they haven’t thought through. People are burnt out and it’s falling on deaf ears. Lots of toxicity at a leadership level, expect to be bullied so don’t come here unless you have thick skin and/or a therapist on call
