Hostile, Toxic Environment Led by Abuse! – Avoid at All Costs - Coordinator 21D Solution Employee Review

This is by far the most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced! I wish there was an option to give zero stars!! The CEO is a deeply angry, volatile man who leads through fear and verbal abuse, surrounded by a group of enablers, more focused on pleasing him than doing what's actually right. Since so many competent employees have left, those remaining are often promoted not based on skill, but simply because they’re still around. This has led to unqualified individuals—many of whom would struggle to get similar roles elsewhere—being placed in senior positions. The "Head of Department", in particular, stands out for her consistently vile and demeaning attitude. She seems to define herself entirely by her job and sadly has no understanding of healthy work-life balance or how to treat people with respect. If you have a family, hobbies or a social life, be prepared to be penalised for it. Flexibility is non-existent, and any attempt to establish boundaries will be met with judgment or subtle punishment. This company is only a fit for those willing to be micromanaged, undermined, and bullied—for the simple reason that it pays slightly more than average. But no amount of money makes this environment worth enduring!!!! You are set-up to fail. I was handed a phone and laptop - yet no in-depth or adequate training was given, I was told to basically "just get on with it." - any questions were met with hostility and there was no sense of teamwork or collaboration. I had zero support from my Team Leader. Unfortunately the wrong people are leading across the entirety of the company. Mental health is a complete afterthought here. Many staff have left due to burnout, anxiety, and being pushed to breaking point. If you're struggling, don’t expect support—just expect consequences. She will instead “let the CEO know,” which is code for: your days are numbered. This place penalises vulnerability!!! One of the most toxic parts of 21D is how deeply staff are brainwashed into believing it’s the best company in the world—and if you dare to leave, you’re made to feel like a failure or an idiot. This is not loyalty; it’s manipulation. It’s gaslighting, plain and simple. Don’t let them convince you that this is as good as it gets. It’s not. There are better jobs, better leaders, and workplaces where you're actually respected as a human being—not treated like a disposable tool. Funny how all the genuinely talented and strong people have walked away—turns out they’d rather have a life, sanity, and time with their families than cling to a paycheck and the abuse from 21D.
