Benefits are bad!!! Employees not valued (every week good people are gone off your project without any communication from anyone) Like they never existed... Management NEVER has time to answer questions or help with Issues. On-boarding process is here's a laptop...HOPE YOU FIGURE IT OUT!!! GOOD LUCK!!! NO support or employee guidance. You are only as good as your billable hours( IT IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT) They bill you at HIGH dollar amounts and will get someone else for the next project when its done your done. Promise Bonuses and NEVER give them to you even when you prove you met the requirements. They will LIE directly to your face I've seen them do it to a number of Employees... Everything is great can you come by the office for a meeting... YOUR FIRED! NO OTHER INPUT. In the time I've worked there almost ALL of the staff has turned over but upper management.
