2020 is by far the best company I've ever worked for! I feel incredibly lucky to work for this company and to be apart of the team that I am in As a solo parent I'm not made to feel guilty if I need to work certain times for my son. A lot of the time I don't ask as they tell me to take it! There is no stressing about my son if hes unwell or school holidays. I have previously worked for another company where I had this problem and it was horrendous. The team I work in not only have incredible knowledge but they are down to earth and even though they are extremely busy they never get annoyed if you need to ask them a question or are struggling with something. This might be biased but the knowledge that they have is extraordinary! Everybody in the company is willing to help and are so friendly. If for some reason you can't attend something the company is so understanding and if anything they offer you any help if it something that you might be struggling with. 2020 truly values the people that work for them. They recognise hard work and reward it. From bonuses to early finishes in term's of recognition for hard work. HR are supportive and offer help where they can, and if you need help with anything, they help you in any way that they can. Debbie is fantastic at her job and goes out of her way to help with anything.
