Remote care is the way of the future, and this is a company that truly cares about its employees and patients.

Providers see higher volumes of patients than in person, but have lots of support and are compensated accordingly. Not necessarily a con, but can be an adjustment when joining. Having ODs on the advisory board and in leadership roles, has helped create a culture of success and balance for the doctors.
