Cons
Do your homework and check:
1. Company accounts
2. References from previous employees( find them on LinkedIn )
3. Office and equipment ( check if printers are working in colour, check how should you do presentation, check heaters for the winter)
4. Check how many phone calls you should be making every day - is it sales job or cold calling?
Advice:
1. Do not get tricked by initial friendliness
2. You have to have very thick skin not to be affected by nature of the language from management
For me the biggest problem was that management does not understand long term relationship with customers and is just thinking of initial income.
