Working here is genuinely interesting because the iGaming niche requires complex, yet user-friendly interfaces. The compensation is highly competitive, and the design team is full of talented people. You get a lot of creative freedom to suggest new features, test hypotheses, and actually see your designs implemented in production very quickly.

The pace is incredibly fast, which means deadlines can be very tight. Sometimes product requirements change on the fly, so you have to adapt your Figma layouts constantly. It can be quite stressful if you prefer a slow, highly structured corporate environment with long approval cycles.

The team is energetic and easy to work with, and there’s a real focus on results without excessive micromanagement. I liked having room to test new ideas, compare traffic sources, and adjust campaigns based on actual performance. Communication inside the team is generally quick, and the pace keeps the work interesting. There are also useful internal discussions where people share what is working and what is not.

At times, the workload can become uneven, especially when several launches or campaign updates happen at once. Some processes still depend too much on manual coordination, which slows down execution. It would also help to have clearer planning across departments, because marketing tasks sometimes change before earlier priorities are fully completed.
