      Pros

      Everything promised never comes true, there's no progression.

      Cons

      The company is not well structured, everything is very manual, the role changes every day, new things will be added to your role which might not even revelant. Management is incredibly disrespectful to members of staff, mainly the MD there's no professionalism what so ever, a lot of us here get treated like a pice of garbish and our hard work is never recognised.

      Remote, Supportive leadership, Very competitive pay, great benefits, great work culture, and more!

      Dealt with such high value items and V.I.P clientele can be incredibly stressful.

      the site is basically like a museum for design and art lovers nice colleagues

      Cons

      no growth everything is slow red tape from management makes it hard to do the right thing by customers middle management is toxic and sabotages teams
