      Pros

      The pay was decent when I started, but they lowered it after I started. There really aren't pros to discuss with this company.

      Cons

      Nepotism, poor managerial oversight, discrimination (political and religious - right wing Christians only is the unofficial policy), lack of raises, hostile work environment.

      Pros

      Anyone who isn't management is extremely friendly and willing to help. They deserve a raise. The demands are too high with little positive reinforcement or base pay.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the employees do not appreciate the hard work or respect the feedback of their employees. It should begin with the owner and trickle down.
