      Great company to work for. Lots of training before you work in the branches.

      Cons

      Was not a lot of room for advancement. Instore branches are open 7 days a week.

      Pros

      Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

      Cons

      Health Care could be better.
