Pros

The company, as a whole, is very customer oriented. The customers are truly wonderful to work with. Teri is the best trainer I've ever worked with. They have a very well structured two-week training session before you go to work at the branch. That first two weeks had me motivated and excited to grow with the company. However, the training and support stopped after that, and I started to lose that ambition.

Cons

The manager at my branch was very self focused and would never follow through with things. There is no communication, and the managers really take advantage of there roles. Don't bother reaching out to HR because they will not get back with you. Also, you can get away with breaking policy as long as the manager likes you. If not, then you don't stand a chance. Pros

Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

Cons

Health Care could be better.
