Pros

1 hour lunch Comp plan Nothing else I can think of

Cons

Bad company culture No chance for new hires to grow just struggle All teams spry lyfe,LPT,COPD store and 1st class have top dogs who get 6x more leads and still take your leads from your pipe line. Manager says to be successful it takes time to build a pipeline, how can you do that when everyday someone is calling your leads after you just did ? Dont care about people the patients we help just how many units were sold and how dollars goes into there banks. Management talking about how him and the owners party hard and do drugs. NO SUCH THING AS LEADERSHIP

Pros

It's a family environment and I have worked there for 4.5 years. They want to help the sales reps grow and the potential earnings are the highest in the industry.

Cons

Like all call centers there will be an average turn over. People are drawn to the potential earnings but it may not be the right fit for them. That being said those of us that earned our seat don't leave b/c we help a lot of people and get paid well to do it!

Pros

The Sales manager is the best thing this small company has going for it. He is wise and brings many years of experience with him to the table. He is fair, empathetic, caring, and ready to coach you. His approach to managing is one you would expect from a true professional. Without him the company lacks any real true professionalism.

Cons

The incoming phone calls are set up for only a few to actually receive them. This means only a few individuals get the "HOT" leads, people who want to purchase the companies product. Then the remaining calls or left over calls are patched through down to the rest of the "team". This means that only a handful of reps get the "buying" callers. The rest of the team gets really nothing. Thant's why only a few of the reps at this company are making six figures, and the rest are starving. High turnover is expected with this set up and it is exactly what's happening. Oh buy the way the initial training is meager at best. The "rules of engagement" are touched on but the in depth information is only explained when you step on one of the tenured reps toes. Again making it for the few to benefit. Be careful of the promise of a high income it's simply not true.
