Pros
I've been working at 1st Choice for over 5 years, and I've advanced a good amount within the company, and I believe there's more room for me to grow, and I think anyone who works hard here could also grow within the company. While you have to work hard, the people are fun and there is a positive working environment. You'll be busy, but that helps the time fly by. The company is moving in the right direction and is growing and if you show potential and work hard, you can grow with it.
Cons
It doesn't have the best of benefits (though I think with the direction the company is headed that could change in the future) and you need to speak up for yourself or your issues will go unnoticed.
