* A really nice team with people respecting and trusting each other.
* Interesting problems to work on.
* Lots of autonomy as an engineer.
Cons
* It's all about Ads and Marketing
* Sometimes, I'm still missing some clarity on business and product vision. It got better but it still often seems that we're trying to be everything all at once.

Business outlook
Pros
- small team;
- relative freedom over working hours;
- stocked kitchen with snacks;
- weekly book club meetings
Cons
- inexperienced engineering mgt after the 2 VPs of Engineering left in '18 and a TLM in May '19;
- hands-off/part-time chief engineering leader that left entirely in Dec '18 only to return in Jan '19 in order to revive hiring;
- compensation is substantially under the market value;
- very high turnover: between 01.04.18 and 01.04.19 over 10 engineers and 5 non-engineering staff left/were fired out of approx. 30-35 total staff;
- overly hyped/focusing on sales priorities;
- CEO without technical background and mostly focusing on sales;
- seniority/tenure override most technical decisions regardless of whether arguments are researched/sound;
- customers are mostly B2B with a very small number of DAU/MAU;
- limited career growth for the engineering positions with an undefined career ladder;
- lack of clear vision and strategy over the company's products;
- limited opportunity for research-based projects
