Pros

You can nap on your lunch break.

Cons

1. The CEO is a narcissist and only pretends to back you up. He will always pull the rug out from under you if given the chance. He prioritizes his own good above everyone else's. 2. The CTO is insecure and goes after people she feels threatened by. She gossips to the CEO and then they scold people based on gassing each other up. 3. The vibe is truly chaotic, especially the energy the CEO gives off - he says you're free to do your job but micromanages you, and it causes insane amounts of stress. 4. If you see recent good reviews it's because the CEO is instructing people to leave these; he's trying to bury the bad reviews - I can PROMISE you current employees aren't leaving good reviews of their own volition. The bad reviews will absolutely keep flowing in, especially as more and more employees are forced to leave because of their mental health (at least 5 so far) 5. This company is an exquisite example of capitalism not caring about people. No one's job is safe. 6. Never mind. The CEO's job is safe - he can do whatever he wants with no repercussions.

Pros

The company culture is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Every day, I have the opportunity to work alongside amazing, talented, and supportive colleagues. There’s a genuine open door policy, and leadership encourages open communication at all levels. The CEO leads by example, frequently reminding us that titles don’t define value, and he's never above rolling up his sleeves to help. There’s a real commitment here to continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas on how to make things better.

Cons

During the interview process, everyone I met was welcoming and transparent, which honestly made me skeptical at first. It just seemed too good to be true. But since joining, I can confidently say that the experience has matched the expectations. I haven’t encountered any cons so far.

Pros

1. Kickass Leadership: The bosses here are rockstars—smart, visionary, and super approachable. They create an atmosphere where every idea gets a fair shot, no matter how wild. 2. Next-Level Innovation: We’re not just riding the healthcare wave; we’re the ones making it. The constant push for innovation keeps things exciting and makes me feel like I'm part of something huge. 3. Feel-Good Vibes: The culture is like a big, supportive family. HR is like the Zen master of the workplace, making sure everything feels warm and welcoming. It’s a place where collaboration is king, and everyone has your back. 4. Life-Work Harmony: Despite the hustle, 1nHealth gets that we have lives outside of work. They offer flexibility and support that make balancing everything a breeze. It’s refreshing not to have to choose between career and personal life. 5. Gold Star Recognition: Whether you just closed a major deal or nailed a presentation, they make sure you feel the love. Celebrating achievements here isn't just a thing; it’s the thing. It keeps everyone pumped and striving for more. 6. Team Magic: The teamwork here is legendary. From virtual happy hours to project collaborations, the spirit of camaraderie is strong. Working here feels like being part of an all-star team.

Cons

Honestly, trying to find a con here feels like nitpicking. If I had to say something, maybe more snacks? Haha.
