Pros

Due to a lack of an office it was a work from home job

Cons

Pay - this was rarely on time, often arriving weeks after payday. When you dared to ask when you might receive it, you were either ignored or lied to, saying it had been paid or the blame was passed onto someone else. Super - also not paid (google the co founders previous company, he has previous for not paying people). Was given multiple excuses such as typos, problems with the accountant and that the ATO were holding the funds. It took the ATO getting involved to finally rectify the matter after 8 months of employment. Job security- probation came and went, and another question that ignored by the co founders. Redundancy- several questionable redundancies to those who were also past the probationary period with people already hired to replace the same job role. The expectation that the many good staff they had would continue to support and help grow this startup business whilst treating them poorly (as above) was shocking.

Pros

* Greenfield startup vibe * Highly skilled team

Cons

* Luke Bunbury, the founder and CEO of 1derful, owes tens of thousands of dollars in unpaid wages to former employees * Luke consistently remained unresponsive to these issues, either ignoring employees' emails or blocking their phone calls * Salary payments were constantly late, if paid at all * Superannuation and tax payments were not paid, even though these were recorded in payslips as if they were paid * Luke will cut off all communications with you when you submit your resignation notice - even though you are still continuing to work your standard notice period. Luke will not pay your final pay, including your annual leave pay. * Employees have left in exodus due to the above issues and more Advice to potential job candidates who wish to deal with Luke Bunbury: If you value your time and money, please stay away. You can Google his history with another failed company. You will be left shortchanged. The other Glassdoor reviews will also give you an idea of Luke's unethical practices.

Pros

Outside of the CEO, I think it is a great company and have great talent pool. Alas it has come down to the top man of the business

Cons

This has to be the worst place/person I have dealt with, the CEO is genuinely fraudulent, owes Millions and Millions of $$ to his staff and contractor, and have no problem whatsoever lying in your face and telling you that he transferred the money when he wasn't
