Pros
The culture and CEO at 1WorldSync have really impressed me. HR team are really engaging and effective. 1WorldSync are growing which is creating great opportunities for people to grow.
Cons
Previously we had a large team in Russia which was closed in 2022 due to the actions of the Russian government. The handover from Russian teams was in many cases shorter than would be ideal.
