"Great place to work with commendable vision in healthcare" - Software Engineer 1Tab Employee Review

There is not even a single pros except the time when 1Tab had 4 star rating but that was more than a year back. But now the company's CEO has made sure the ratings stays below 2 star permanently.

There are so many employees whose salaries are not paid by their CEO and CEO lives luxurious life by eating employees' money. Just like their mobile App which is doing frauds by not delivering the orders and not refunding the money. Customers/Buyers are looted, no refunds are paid. We employees are also not paid Salaries for the last 1 year. My Salary is not paid since April 2020. CEO is feeding himself by stealing customers and employees money. Their sister companies are also known for doing online cheating frauds. Stay from these hackers. Please do not download their App. The company who doesn't pay salaries to employees will cheat all their customers. Honesty is a very expensive gift. Don't expect it from 1Tab. It's been more than 9 months I am sending reminders to CEO to pay my salary but he is not moved and does not bother to respond or answer calls. So stay away from this company. This is an online scam company. Please stay away if you are a customer or working in this company or want to join. Just stay away to save your time and money.

No Pros. CEO is a cheap person. Don't trust him ever.

CEO is a very cheap person who first hires you by telling about his stories related to company and vision blah blah but later on doesn't pay salary on time. The pay out date communicated was 7th of every month but now we get salary on 24-25 and sometimes in installments like we are getting our own salary on EMIs. Very bad culture in office . 1tab hires people with fake promises then they fire people out of nowhere. Classic example of nepotism where positions are created without any need and consultation without anyone. such cheap politics and nepotism is here. Ex employees are not getting their fnf who have left the company 8 months ago. Reach out to the ex employees on other platforms such as linkedin and find out the truth for yourself. Do not join this organization at all.
