Pros

This company is like a mosquito. Sucking blood of employees. This company has done 3 layoffs in last 10 years and also changed it's name 3 times to cover up it's past history. The whole culture of this company is toxic and full of negativity. If you are good in playing politics then this might be your cup of tea.

Cons

I have worked with this company for about 10 months and when I join something felt odd when HR was forcing me for early joining. After few months I realized the situation. Bosses and Managers were all typical narcissist, having attitude and were abusive. The way they treat their hard working employees is just worst. Whenever I tried to put my side I always felt humiliation from the boss, so much that in few months my confidence was non-existent. In fact, when you do try and share a differing view, they may punish you later in an attempt to reassert their power. Mgmt and HR never really taken much interest in me as a person, being very quick to shut down conversation, and seems to avoid asking about my own interests as much as possible. After few months I come to know that most of the senior people have left the company because of this toxic environment and unrealistic deadlines and internal politics. I was so much tormented by the extreme work pressure and abuse that finally I had to resign. My advise to senior people is to stay away from this company and save their careers. Don't believe their fake made-up reviews, once you get into this company you will realize what a grave mistake you did.

Pros

- Supportive (or attempted to appear so) - Work/Life balance (private lives stay private) - Transparency - Hiring process

Cons

- Contract work - Clients/Assignments - Issues you have with a client will not be handled effectively, no guarantee that issues will be resolved. - Management is aware of problematic individuals, but pass off the responsibility of fixing those issues to the employee instead. - Condescension and micromanagement - Clients are not held accountable for their actions (nor do they take responsibility for their inability to properly communicate projects/needs). - You can try to change how you work to avoid conflict. However, you will still be blamed for any issues (see bullet points above). - Problems with past employees are discussed openly and negatively (downside to transparency)
