Pros

Free parking, the females who work here are lovely.

Cons

This is an extremely toxic workplace with A LOT of toxic masculinity. You are asked to pick up more work than is in your job description and are made an example of if you don't excel in it. The higher ups at this branch and at the overall company are all belittling and need to work on how they communicate with people. The amount of respect shown from the top down at this place is harrowing and multiple of the current staff have made comments about it to each other about the toxic masculinity here. I myself have mental health issues and working here for as long as I have hasn't helped me, before applying here I would consider making sure you have good mental health and these factors: • Belittling from higher ups • Being "given the *insert name* jobs" (when there is a horrible job which one of the higher ups doesn't want to do so they palm it off to someone else) • The amount of backstabbing and two-faced people • The GM's reluctance to take accountability so blaming others

Pros

You can get free access +1 to the gym, but I was so exhausted from working in that place that I used it only twice during the five months.

Cons

Super toxic place. Management is a complete disaster (Anthony and Lyndsey, hello) — people with zero empathy or basic human approach, either to staff or to gym members. I honestly wish no one had to go through the experience of working with them. Crazy hours on your feet with no proper breaks, and nobody cares. You get injured or feel unwell? Still nobody cares (thanks to the “wonderful” management). The gym itself is dirty, everything looks poor and outdated, yet management throws around the word “premium” everywhere. It’s like putting lipstick on a pig.
