Salary gets credited on time Initial learning is good FIG team when Roma was leading it was amazing FIG team had good work culture and awesome managers too

6 months into the job work gets boring and mundane Senior and middle management is very toxic Work-life balance is a myth with some managers Culture is slowly getting toxic The role differentiation with an Analyst and Business Analyst doesn't exist but the salary difference is almost 2X HR's true definition is hardly required in this place Work culture is slowly getting toxic
