The company struggles with a lack of discipline and outdated management practices. They haven't hired new staff (designers) in years, leading to difficulties in onboarding. The design process is rushed, leaving little time for research and innovation. Many employees are older and not up-to-date with modern design methods. They don't recognize your talent and abilities to utilize them in the same field. Feedback sessions are handled ineffectively. Most of the work is in development, which is why they prefer hiring interns and pretend that conditions are improving. You can also tell from Lyle's Golden Syrup brand redesign that there is no real taste or knowledge behind their designs. Everything is outdated, including the communication style and recreational plans.
