No cutting edge vision or direction, company lost its way years ago Its overloaded with too many senior (old) decision makers stuck in the 90s Its top heavy with everyone being a director on big salaries MD & Client Directors are hardly present as they are babysitting their kids Small creative and client services team working on tactile executions There's no culture that brings employees together There's a lack of job progression, you're stuck in the same role unless you leave The company has been performing poorly, past 4 years no bonus or salary increases Lots of great people have left
