Pros

Not a single good thing to say

Cons

Each and every good review here is forced and written by interns as their first task. •Toxic workplace . •Unprofessional leadership. •No personal life boundaries. •No proper salary timings. •Salary gets spent on their project work and no reimbursement. •They will muddle into your personal life.

Pros

Nothing any pros, this is very toxic company.

Cons

Salaries are frequently delayed. The company does not provide proper documentation, including salary slips and other basic employment records on time. Employees are expected to work 12–14 hours a day, often 7 days a week, leaving no work-life balance. The work environment is extremely stressful, with constant pressure and unrealistic expectations. HR and finance processes lack professionalism, and employee concerns are often handled in an unprofessional manner. Management keeps shifting responsibility between different people, but issues rarely get resolved. There appears to be a lack of structured team management and defined processes. Employees are expected to put in excessive hours, but basic administrative support and documentation are neglected. The exit process is highly disorganized. Final settlement and communication become difficult, and responses may stop altogether. There is little mentoring or technical guidance, and asking questions can sometimes result in blame instead of support.

Pros

Joining 1GEN as an AI Intern was far more than a technical placement; it was an immersion into a culture of radical transparency, compassion, and true empowerment. Coming from a background of rigid, traditional office structures, the environment fostered by Paul Singh Oberoi was a revelation—a space where every voice is not only heard but actively encouraged to innovate. The "1GEN vision" goes beyond a tech stack; it’s about collective brilliance and collaboration. I am deeply grateful to Paul Singh Oberoi, Rajbir Kaur, Twinkle Bauddh (our team manager), and Jessica Saldana for their mentorship and for giving me the agency to find my own professional voice.

Cons

The pace is fast and the standards for "1GEN quality" are very high. If you prefer a slow environment with repetitive tasks, this might be a challenge—but for those who want to grow, this "con" is actually a pro.
