Fun environment with high achieving individuals and a supportive leadership team. Flexible work schedule. I've worked for a few insure-techs and 1Cover is head and shoulders above the rest.

No negatives springs to mind.

The only positives about this unorganised place is that they offer flexibility to staff when you need it and that it is in the city so good for people living nearby.

Bad management (or no management), average salary which you either have to work extremely hard or they pay you too much to sit around doing nothing. They don't learn from mistakes and don't think ahead.
