      no pros u shld feel it a bane to work here when u get into data team especially genai is fine

      Cons

      full of politics,censor talks and you will have the stress of getting in gel with manager and team and talking to them than the stress of completing your own work and the priorities in assigning projects wld be to those who talk with manager closely and not to ones who actually deserve it
