Pros

- Reasonable Salary - WFH option/Hybrid Setup - Great company activities

Cons

- Some managers/team leaders are micromanagers - You’re tied under a timer, you have to pause it if you need a break (even relieving yourself in bathroom). You have to complete 8hrs of working time - The HR/management aren’t very professional, making sure to mention bad words against you when doing background checks when you apply to another company. They don’t move on, they make sure to drag you down on your future applications. - No equipment provided

Pros

- Clean and organized workspace that made working comfortable. - Free snacks/treats were always a nice bonus. - Approachable and fun superiors!! - Friendly and supportive colleagues. - Open communication within the team made collaboration easy. - Not afraid to grow and adapt, even with the use of AI and new technologies. The CEO, HR team, and everyone in the company were genuinely generous and kind. The CEO, in particular, made sure we felt comfortable throughout our internship and constantly encouraged us to ask questions and not be afraid to learn beyond our assigned tasks. That culture of openness and support made the experience even more enriching and gave us the confidence to grow both personally and professionally. Overall, a welcoming and motivating environment that made my internship fruitful and enjoyable!!

Cons

- Workload can feel repetitive at times, especially when writing and running test cases. - Since it’s an internship, exposure to other departments is limited — though the CEO encouraged us to freely ask questions to anyone, which made it easier to learn beyond QA :)
