Very little sense of belonging unless your senior management or above; poorly organized and very secretive when it came to sharing information about goals and intentions; quite clickey and lots of redundancy....I never felt that I was included in the bigger picture even as it pertained to my own contribution. Not as fun as one might think for a company who's primary business is celebrity and entertainment.
