The office is located near some nice restaurants

The upper management of this tiny team bullied its employees, sadistically. There is also a real lack of expertise at the top, and many bad decisions made on a daily basis. Hard to watch. Staff members often could be found crying in the bathroom / or at their lunch break. Therefore high staff turnaround and loads of unnecessary drama instigated by upper management.

It is difficult to find a pro for this company.

I strongly suggest to change the management team, they don't have any kind of experience and knowledge of the fashion industry.
