Very hardworking but enjoyable environment. The shops typically hire young people and the energy is always very high and makes it easy to enjoy each shops personality. The corporate office is also an enjoyable space in the company, with hardworking coworkers and superiors that are understanding to circumstance and what the job requires.

There is a lack of organization as far as inventory and tools that does lead to time wasted but overall there's not enough to complain about.
