- Good pay and benefits, at least as of 2022 - Worked with a great team - Occasionally will feed the employees, and their food is really good - Appreciate the core mission

- Actual dedication to that core mission is questionable, as they work extensively with companies like Google and Salesforce who are actively making the world worse - Rather than promote from within, they will often bring in upper-tier employees from tech and especially hospitality backgrounds, leading to an increasingly corporate culture that eventually became unbearable to someone who had been there almost since the beginning
